1. Product Descriptions

1.1 Every piece of jewellery from Silver Chelles is handcrafted and unique. Every seashell used is one of kind. The jewellery piece you therefore receive may vary slightly or size to the one photographed and detailed in the description.

1.2 All images, descriptions and sizes on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods. If you require more detailed information about a specific product please do not hesitate to contact us.

1.3. Your jewellery will arrive in an attractive jewellery box in one of our pretty Organza bags.

2. Pricing

2.1 The prices of all Products are quoted on the Website.

2.2 Unless otherwise stated, the prices quoted do not include delivery. We charge a flat rate for delivery which will be payable as indicated at the time of placing your order.

2.3 We reserve the right, by giving notice to you at any time before delivery or performance of our obligations to you, to increase the price of the Products to reflect any increase in the cost to us due to any factor beyond our control (such as without limitation, any foreign exchange fluctuation, significant increase in the costs of labour, materials or other costs of manufacture). In the unlikely event of this occurring, you shall be entitled to cancel the order at any time before delivery of the goods and/or we have commenced providing the services.

3. Payment Methods

3.1 Payment can be made by PayPal. You do not need a Paypal account to use this. You will receive email instructions from Silver Chelles on how to pay.

We are committed to excellent customer service. Thats why we use Paypal. Paypal is fast and it’s free.
It’s safer – PayPal’s secure payment platform lets you shop using your debit card, credit card or bank account without sharing your financial details.
It’s easier – You only need your email address and password to pay and speed through checkout in a few easy clicks. Perfect for shopping on your mobile.

3.2 Your order will only be processed and dispatched once we receive confirmation of your payment from Paypal. You will receive an email from confirming payment received.

4. Order Process

4.1 Orders received and paid for before 1pm Mon – Fri will be dispatched the next working day. You will receive an email confirming shipping information. We will notify you promptly of any delays. No orders will be dispatched on weekends or public holidays.

4.2 If any Products ordered are out of stock, you will be notified by email and you will have the option either to wait until the item is available or to cancel your order.

4.3 All orders are checked thoroughly before shipping and great care is taken in packing and verifying your order.

4.4 All orders are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted once the items are shipped unless they are defective.

5. Shipping

5.1 Shipping within Antigua is FREE! Silver Chelles will come to you wherever you are in Antigua. Just select the ‘Local Delivery Antigua Free’ option in your cart. We will then contact you to make arrangements for hand delivery.

5.2 Silver Chelles will deliver internationally to the following countries:


5.3 Shipping of all international orders will be sent using Registered Post via the local post office. Please select the ‘Registered Post’ option in your cart. For this service we charge a set flat rate of $11.50 usd

5.4 The Products will be delivered to you at the address you provided during the order process, which may be an address other than the billing address. You shall be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of the details provided by you during the order process.

5.5 Shipping by Registered Post will usually take between 15-30 days. You will be required to sign for your parcel. You must examine the goods on arrival before signing for it. All goods must be signed for by an adult aged 18 years or over on delivery.

5.6 All dates quoted for delivering the goods are approximate only. Please allow 30 days before making contact about a non-delivery. In this instance we will explore tracking information and keep you informed of our intended actions.

5.7 If you require your goods more urgently you can choose to have them sent to you by Fedex at a cost of $75 usd. Please select ‘Fedex Courier’ option in your cart. Delivery via International Fedex is normally 1 to 6 business days after shipping date and has full tracking capability.

5.8 Please be advised that international orders may be subject to custom fees and charges which is your responsibility to handle and pay for.

5.9 If your parcel is delayed or held by customs in your country you are be responsible for paying any charges, such as local import duties, in order to clear and receive the goods. We shall not be liable for any delay in delivering the goods, however caused.

6. Receipt of your Order

6.1 Rest assured customer service is our priority, so if there is any damage to your order please notify us within 7 days of receiving your goods. After 7 days, items cannot be returned or exchanged.

6.2 Any items that are damaged or defective at the time of receipt can only be exchanged for the same identical item, provided we are notified by email or phone within 7 days of the receipt of the items. We reserve the right to inspect defective products prior to exchange.

6.3 This policy does not include items which are not defective, but rather exhibit minor variations typical of handmade products. We will also not accept jewellery that has been worn or damaged due to misuse.

6.4 If you are required to return your order, you must do so using the original packaging. You must then immediately return the goods to us.

6.5 We will examine any returned goods and will notify you about dispatch of a replacement item via email within a reasonable period of time.

6.6 We reserve the right to refuse to issue a replacement and to recover the cost of returning or collecting the goods in the event that the goods are found to have suffered damage after delivery or have been misused or used other than in accordance with the instructions or if the problem is due to normal wear and tear or if the goods have not been returned with its original packaging.
